The Villa
Everything you’ll need for the perfect self-catering holiday in Cornwall.
The House is privately owned so has been made ‘more of a home’ as we also use it. Our housekeeper lives in nearby St Tudy.
The Rooms
It comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twin. Two Bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath). A fully equipped kitchen with double oven, fridge and granite worktops. Lounge and dining area, with flatscreen TV and DVD player/sound bar. Plus the outside space has a table and chairs perfect for an al fresco meal with the ducks.

Furnishings including corner sofa, oak bedroom furniture and divan beds.
Bathroom update, with new tiling, sinks and new shower over the bath.
Our house is non smoking and no pets – only ducks coming up for food!
