Our three bedroom villa includes one double and two twin bedrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the duck pond. There is a separate family bathroom and a shower room, both on the ground floor and have been recently updated. Plus a spacious and comfortable living room, dining area and fitted kitchen with patio doors leading onto paved area and grass.

The House is privately owned so has been made ‘more of a home’ as we also use it. Our housekeeper lives in nearby St Tudy.
You will have full use of Hengar Manor facilities including the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, golf, fishing etc. Some features are chargeable to all guests including Go Active.
The park has many acres of grass and trees to escape into including play parks for the children There is a restaurant on site and a takeaway coffee & shop
There are several villages nearby with pubs/restaurants, St Tudy, St Breward and St Mabyn.
Nearby towns include Camelford, Wadebridge, Bodmin, Padstow and Port Isaac Our favourite beach is Polzeath, less than half an hour away.
